GIVE YOUR PROMPT A DIRECTION
Use the AI cover song maker to try a specific musical direction. Name the genre, two or three instruments, and the vocal delivery. Work through the cover instructions guide when you need help turning an idea into a brief.
For a full-band demo you own, try: “Acoustic folk, warm guitar, soft brushed drums, intimate lead, a gentle lift in the final chorus.”
Listen to the chorus. Is the melodic line recognizable when the accompaniment becomes quieter?
For your piano-led song, try: “Cinematic strings, restrained percussion in the verse, fuller drums in the chorus, a clear expressive lead.”
Compare the verse and chorus. Does the bigger arrangement support the vocal, or cover it up?

Use Restyle to rewrite a verse, try another chorus, or supply lyrics in another language. The optional lyrics field holds up to 3,000 characters. Leave it empty to use the source words. Voice only has no lyric-rewrite step; it keeps the words already in the recording.
Draft your rewrite with the AI Lyrics Generator. Sing each line against the source phrase and shorten crowded lines: “I wait outside your door” has more room than “I am still waiting here outside your door.” New words can change the delivery; matching syllables does not guarantee identical timing.

Choose Voice only when the aim is a different singer over the existing backing and words. Choose Restyle when you also want a new arrangement or lyrics. A custom voice gives the performance a personal starting point; the result still needs a listening check.

LISTEN BEFORE YOU REFINE
Play the same chorus in the source and result. Check four things: a recognizable melody, complete words in the intended language, a vocal that fits the backing, and an arrangement that leaves room for the lead. If one part misses your intent, change one instruction and compare another take. Restyle is a new performance, not a note-for-note editing tool.
